Hotel Rules
- Noise: Guests should be respectful of noise levels, especially in the evenings
- Communal Kitchen: You can use freely the main kitchen at the reception building for your own cooking’s if you feel the kitchenette is not enough. The only rule is to make things as tidy and clean as possible as others might also want to use the kitchen.
- Alcohol: Use with manners
- Public behavior: Guests should be courteous and not disturb others
- Smoking: Smoking is not allowed in rooms only at the outside balcony
- Parties: Parties and large gatherings are not permitted in guest rooms
- Pets: Pets are allowed, except service animals
- Explosives: Guests are not allowed to bring explosives, weapons, or other dangerous chemicals into the hotel
Your Room
Housekeeping is available daily but only upon request. Request for room cleaning can be done any time.
For your convenience you can request our team to clean your room a at a specific time.
Contact Reenabot Concierge at the bottom of this page to request room cleaning, towel change, shampoo or liquid soap, remote batteries AAA or a USB cable (micro usb, type c and iOS) extra hangers or any other general request.Â
Your wifi password is personal and should be given to you by our staff or receive it by email before your arrival.
You can connect all your devices to your private WIFI dedicated to your room and share pictures, videos or stream your own device to the Smart TV.
We have a no-plastic bottle policy. You can fill the glass bottle available at your room for free at the reception. If you are staying for more then 5 days, we can provide a 20lt big bottle in your room. Please make your request with our Reenabot.
Connect to your private network and stream your content from your phone directly to the TV.
The TV have several entertainment apps installed, with access to free movies and games.

For small cuts and bruses or basic medicine, there is a small aid kit located in the bathroom. For emergency health and safety contacts, please scroll down. Let us know if you need anything else.Â
To use the safe box, press the red button in the back of the safe door. You will ear a beep. After that, just input 4 digits and 1 letter. The safe will beep again. After this, you can safely put your belongings inside and close the door. On any emergency, you have a safe key along with your room key.

Our dedicated Reenatuk is a motorbike with a covered shade sidecar, that can take you and your family around the island in a fun way, free of charge.
We have a dedicated driver that can traffic around the island with pick up and drop off locations. For lesser busier days, you can book Reenatuk for yourself!
